Returns Policy
Electrical components and related products are sensitive in nature and require careful handling and installation. Therefore, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and accepted by the customer. Returns will only be considered in cases where the product is proven to be defective, damaged during transit, or does not meet the agreed specifications.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Upon verification and approval by our quality team, we will take appropriate action, which may include replacement or resolution as deemed suitable.

- Custom-made, non-standard, or made-to-order products require a lead time of approximately 7 working days (1 week), depending on the nature and specifications of the order.
Delivery Timeline:
Delivery time may vary based on the location, order size, and logistics conditions. Once the order is dispatched, customers will be informed with relevant shipping details.
Important Note:
While we strive to adhere to the mentioned timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as transportation delays or external factors may occasionally impact delivery schedules.
